and save and hold harmless the Whitman County Library District from and against
any and all loss, damage, injury liability and claims for loss, damages or
injuries to property arising out of the loan of said property to the library
for display or special exhibit purposes.

after the agreed ending date specified above, the library will assume ownership
with the right to sell or dispose of the property.
