Each of the fourteen library branches collects money to fund programs or projects that are vital to their location.

First sponsored in 1958, National Library Week is an observance sponsored by the American Library Association and libraries across the country. Whitman County Library celebrates the contributions of its loyal customers and dedicated staff during this special annual event.
