Kindle users can access titles for free through Whitman County Library
Just in time for Christmas, residents can now download ebooks for free directly to Kindle players from the Whitman County Library website. This is great news for those receiving Kindle players for Christmas or for those who already own one. While there is no charge for items obtained through the library, an Amazon account is still required to access this service.
Besides the Kindle, the library’s Overdrive product is compatible with hundreds of other audio players and ebook readers. Helpful user guides have been set up on the library’s website or you can call Whitman County Library for additional assistance at 509-397-4366.
