Before
You Know Kindness
by Chris Bohjalian
This author
writes in the old fashioned sense: careful, long drawn out character
descriptions that become so very intrinsic to the plot. Can be
overwhelming at times but worthwhile in the end. |

The
Curse of the Pharaohs
by Elizabeth Peters
As much fun the second
time as when I first read it twenty years ago. Emerson and Amelia,
lots of fun characters, Egyptology and another mystery.

The
Hobbit
by JRR Tolkien
Fantasy Classic about a
hobbit joining 14 dwarves and Gandalf to "steal" back the
priceless and vast wealth lost to a clever and dangerous dragon year
ago.

The
Forbidden
by Beverly Lewis
Fantastic as always -
can't wait to read the last in the series.

Vegetable, Miracle
